Service Description

Take time for yourself with this slower-paced, pre and postnatal-friendly Pilates class on the beach. Surrounded by the soothing sounds of the sea, we’ll move mindfully through a series of gentle exercises designed to support your body during pregnancy and beyond. Each session includes: Gentle mobility work to ease tension in the hips, back, and shoulders Core engagement tailored for pregnancy and postnatal recovery Stretching and relaxation, ending with a moment of stillness and rest This is a safe, inclusive space where you can move at your own pace, rest whenever you need, and connect with other mums in the fresh sea air. All movements can be modified depending on your trimester or postpartum stage. Please bring your own mat, a small hand towel and some water. Layers and some cosey socks are recommended, after all it is Aberdeen!
