A full body workout designed to build strength and improve posture and flexibility. You'll use ankle weights and other small Pilates equipment to target key muscle groups while working on control, breath and precision. This class is not suitable for beginners, if you are pregnant or recently had a baby.

Cancellation Policy
You must be 18 or over to attend this class. If you can no longer make a class, please cancel your booking. You can cancel your booking anytime through the app or by logging into your account. If you cancel before the 24-hour window, you can move your booking to another date. A 24-hour cancellation policy is in place, anything cancelled after this can't be moved or refunded.
