Service Description

6 week block starts on the 9th of April. No class on the 30th of April. Suitable for those who have some Pilates experience. Not suitable if your are pregnant or recently had a baby. Small equipment is used in the class, which is provided for you or you can bring your own. Mats are provided, or you can bring your own.
