Hello, I'm Jenna
I've been a Pilates Instructor since 2018 and I'm lucky I get to call this my job.
I run a range of classes that allow everyone to experience all the amazing things Pilates can bring to your life. I specialise in pregnancy and postnatal classes, where you can safely and effectively strengthen and prepare your body for the demands of pregnancy and beyond.

Multiple DatesSat 20 DecWild GooseYou’ll start the morning with a 45-minute Pilates class held in the beautifully restored Victorian Toilet event space – a truly atmospheric setting to stretch, strengthen and find your flow. Afterwards, you’ll head upstairs to Wild Goose. Brunch awaits. Please bring a mat to the class.
Sat 24 JanBreathing Space StudioStart your year feeling strong, balanced and grounded. We will use resistance bands and hand weights to add a little challenge to our session, and finish with a mindful mobility and stretch session. This is perfect if you've never tried Pilates before, or your already a fan! Healthy juices included.
