Hello, I'm Jenna

 

I've been a Pilates Instructor since 2018 and I'm lucky I get to call this my job.

I run a range of classes that allow everyone to experience all the amazing things Pilates can bring to your life. I specialise in pregnancy and postnatal classes, where you can safely and effectively strengthen and prepare your body for the demands of pregnancy and beyond.

    You’ll start the morning with a 45-minute Pilates class held in the beautifully restored Victorian Toilet event space – a truly atmospheric setting to stretch, strengthen and find your flow. Afterwards, you’ll head upstairs to Wild Goose. Brunch awaits. Please bring a mat to the class.

    Breathing Space Studio
    Start your year feeling strong, balanced and grounded. We will use resistance bands and hand weights to add a little challenge to our session, and finish with a mindful mobility and stretch session. This is perfect if you've never tried Pilates before, or your already a fan! Healthy juices included.
