
Mum and Baby Pilates
These classes aim to help you regain your abdominal and pelvic floor strength, helping you get ready to return to exercise and cope with the physical demands of looking after a baby.
You don't need to be a new mum to join the class. You are welcome to join wherever you are on your postpartum journey.
New mums should be 6-8 weeks postpartum, or 8-10 weeks postpartum if you had a c-section before joining the class.
We focus on strengthening the core muscles, which can be weakened during pregnancy and childbirth. Additionally, Pilates can help improve posture, reduce back pain, and promote relaxation and stress relief.

Our Mum and Baby Pilates classes are designed to support mums while appreciating that every little one is at a different stage. The Monday class welcomes mums with both pre-crawlers and crawling babies, while the Thursday class is specifically for mums with pre-crawlers only.
