Service Description

Pregnancy Pilates classes offer a safe, supportive environment where expectant mothers can move, strengthen, and relax. Each session is tailored to the needs of pregnancy, with gentle, low-impact exercises that focus on core stability, posture, and pelvic floor strength. You can expect guided breathing techniques, stretches to ease tension, and movements to help with common pregnancy discomforts like back pain and tight hips. Classes also provide time to connect with your changing body and meet others on the same journey.
