A full body workout designed to build strength and improve posture and flexibility. You'll use ankle weights and other small Pilates equipment to target key muscle groups while working on control, breath and precision. This class is not suitable for beginners, if you are pregnant or recently had a baby. Please bring ankle weights and hand weights to the class.

Cancellation Policy
Class Booking Policy and Cancellation Please note that block booking purchases are final. If you miss a class, we’re unable to offer refunds, credits, or make-up sessions. Adverse Weather Cancellation Policy To ensure the safety of all clients while also protecting the sustainability of my business, the following Adverse Weather Cancellation Policy applies: 1. Classes Will Proceed Unless Officially Cancelled by JG Pilates and/or the Venue: All scheduled Pilates classes will continue as planned during adverse weather unless JG Pilates announces a cancellation, or the venue decides to close. If you do not attend a class that is still operating, it is treated as a regular late cancellation or no-show under our standard terms, and no refunds or credits will be issued. 2. When We Cancel Due to Weather If we decide it is unsafe to operate and cancel a class: Clients will receive a class credit to use toward a future session. No monetary refunds are offered. Virtual Class Option (If Applicable) If conditions allow, we may convert an in-studio class to a virtual/online session instead of cancelling. Standard booking rules apply to the converted class. 3. Client Cancellations During Adverse Weather If classes are running and a client chooses not to attend due to weather conditions: The booking remains subject to the usual cancellation policy.
