Pilates with small equipment. Jenna will use small Pilates equipment to help strengthen, stretch, and tone your body and leave you feeling energised, stretched and invigorated. The class is suitable for all levels but not pregnant or recently postnatal women.

 

Treat yourself to a self-reflexology hand session with Shona, where you'll learn simple yet powerful techniques to help manage anxiety and stress.

 

Join us for an exciting wine tasting led by knowledgeable sommelier Victoria, where we’ll explore a variety of wines. This is the perfect opportunity to discover new favourites, step outside your usual choices, and learn what makes each bottle unique. If your the designated driver for the day, let us know, and we will provide you with a non-alcoholic alternative for the tasting.
