Jess from Solasta Skin will be bringing a beautiful session starting by harnessing the healing art of breathwork, intention setting, and a guided self-lymphatic facial massage. We’ll end the session with a beautiful meditation, allowing you to relax and reset.

The afternoon includes:
Pilates with small equipment. Jenna will use small Pilates equipment to help strengthen, stretch, and tone your body and leave you feeling energised, stretched and invigorated. The class is suitable for all levels but not pregnant or recently postnatal women.
Treat yourself to a self-reflexology hand session where you'll learn simple yet powerful techniques to support your well-being and boost your natural glow. This hands-on workshop with Shona from ABWR, will teach you how to apply hand reflexology to yourself, focusing on key pressure points that promote relaxation, energy balance, and a radiant feeling from within.
Join us for an exciting wine tasting led by knowledgeable sommelier Victoria, where we’ll explore a variety of sparkling wines and fizz from around the world. This is the perfect opportunity to discover new favourites, step outside your usual choices, and learn what makes each bottle unique. Whether you love a classic Champagne, a crisp Prosecco, or something more unexpected, this tasting will expand your palate and enhance your appreciation for all things bubbly!
